Payment Policy
Out of respect for our providers’ time, Derma requires a credit or debit card to be saved to your account to book all appointments. Credit and debit card information is kept securely on file for future appointments.
Your credit or debit card on file will be charged for any cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice OR if you do not arrive for your appointment. Arriving 10 minutes late is considered a missed appointment and your card will be charged $100
Arrivals
New clients MUST have their forms filled out prior to the appointment; otherwise, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill them out at the front desk.
Established clients, arriving 10 minutes late is considered a missed appointment and your card will be charged.
Refund Policy
Products can be refunded within 30 days for spa credit.
